Sample Answer
Dear [Friend’s Name],
I hope you’re doing well! I’m writing to ask for a favour while I’m on holiday. I’ll be away for two weeks, from [start date] to [end date], and I would really appreciate it if you could take care of my house during that time.
I will leave the keys under the flower pot by the front door, so you can easily access them when you arrive. While I’m away, I’d like you to water the plants every few days, as they tend to dry out quickly. Also, please check the mailbox and bring in any packages that arrive. It would be great if you could keep an eye on the house in general, making sure everything is secure.
Let me know if you’re able to help out! I’d be more than happy to return the favour anytime.
Thanks so much!
Best,
[Your Name]

Some people believe that older employees are more valuable to a company, while others think that younger employees are more beneficial. Discuss both views and give your opinion.
Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.
Sample Answer
The discussion about whether older or younger employees are more valuable to a company is important. Some believe older employees offer experience and knowledge, while others think younger workers bring fresh ideas and energy. I believe both age groups are essential for a successful workplace.
Supporters of older employees argue that they have years of experience and a deep understanding of their fields. They can provide valuable insights and mentorship to younger colleagues. For example, their established relationships with clients can help maintain strong business connections.
On the other hand, younger employees are often more adaptable and tech-savvy. They grew up with technology and can easily navigate new tools and trends. This adaptability allows them to bring innovative solutions and fresh perspectives to the team.
In my opinion, having a mix of both older and younger employees is the best approach. This diversity can lead to better teamwork and creativity, combining experience with new ideas.
In conclusion, both older and younger employees offer unique benefits. By valuing both groups, companies can create a more dynamic and effective workplace.
