-Propose how the retirement party for the manager can be organized.

-Explain how the manager has influenced you at work.

-Suggest a suitable retirement gift for the manager.

Thank you for giving me the confidence to ask for some recommendations on how to congratulate our manager, Mr. John, on a memorable “farewell” and “goodbye.” Despite my lack of knowledge in this specific field, I would certainly be happy to provide some advice concerning how to plan a great farewell party for our manager at the Grand Taj Hotel, which is known for its excellent lodging facility. Buffet, in my opinion, would be appropriate and worthy.

Since our manager has been an inspiration to us over the years with his tireless efforts and diligence, he is deserving of this sort of celebration. In addition, his contributions to the day-to- day management of the department and our wider marketing plan have guaranteed our company’s extraordinary growth. What I really admire about him, though, is that he has never given up on any of his employees and has instead always taken the initiative to help us improve in our roles.

By the way, I have some wonderful gift suggestions for our favorite departing manager: an elegant executive bag made of leather, a branded wristwatch, a metal the desktop clock, and lastly, an organiser for pencils.

Many schools necessitate that their students wear uniforms, but this tradition has come under fire today for being oppressive. I firmly believe that school uniforms function as an essential part of a school’s curriculum and should be preserved for pedagogical and administrative reasons.

Uniforms are required in schools for a variety of reasons. First of all, it makes schools feel good, which helps to maintain school decorum effectively because impoverished kids aren’t teased because of what they wear. Additionally, any inequality between wealthy and impoverished students is eliminated. As a result, a joyful atmosphere is created. Additionally, the uniform helps kids focus more on their education than their style choices. When they are not preoccupied with what to wear to school, they can focus on working towards their objectives. In addition, since kids are expected to wear uniforms, parents save their hard-earned cash. For example, a lot of parents are content to send their kids to schools where wearing a uniform is required.

However, several high school institutions require their students to wear uniforms. Academic education shouldn’t be centered on uniforms; instead, schools should priorities the caliber of the curriculum and the teaching and learning process. Additionally, purchasing school uniforms with funds that could be used for books or stationery can be a wasteful expenditure.

To sum up, I would re-affirm that students’ ability to learn effectively depends on their ability to wear a school uniform. However, considering things like cost and family financial circumstances, students should also be able to choose not to wear a school uniform.
