You have recently joined a sports training program and would like to tell your friend about it. Write a letter to your friend. In your letter:

• persuade your friend to join the program as well

Dear [Friend’s Name],

I hope you are doing great! I wanted to share something exciting with you. I have recently joined a sports training program at a nearby academy, and it has been an amazing experience so far. The program includes daily fitness exercises, basic strength training, and practice sessions for different sports like football and badminton. We also have a professional coach who guides us and helps improve our techniques.

I feel this program is really beneficial because it keeps me active and energetic throughout the day. Earlier, I used to feel tired and lazy, but now I feel much more focused, even in my studies. It has also helped me build discipline and manage my time better. Moreover, I have made some new friends there, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable.

I strongly believe you should join this program too. It will not only improve your fitness but also give you a refreshing break from your daily routine. We can even attend the sessions together, which will make it more fun.

Some people prefer staying in hotels when they travel, while others prefer renting holiday homes for a short period of time. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience

When people travel, some prefer staying in hotels, while others choose to rent holiday homes. Both options have their own advantages, depending on the needs and preferences of the traveller.

On the one hand, hotels are a popular choice because they provide comfort and convenience. Most hotels offer services such as housekeeping, room service, and security, which make the stay stress-free. For example, when I stayed in a hotel during a trip, I did not have to worry about cooking or cleaning, which allowed me to relax more. Hotels are also suitable for short stays and for people who prefer a structured environment.

On the other hand, renting a holiday home gives more freedom and privacy. People can cook their own meals, enjoy larger spaces, and feel more at home. This option is especially useful for families or groups travelling together. For instance, a rented apartment can be more cost-effective and comfortable for a longer stay.

In my opinion, both options are good, but I prefer holiday homes because they provide more flexibility and a homely feeling. Overall, the choice depends on the traveller’s budget, duration, and personal comfort.
