Dear Sir/Ma’am,
I was quite surprised and a little saddened to hear about your decision to leave the company. While I completely respect your choice and understand that career growth often requires change, it is difficult to imagine the office without your presence.
I will truly miss your guidance and support. You have always been approachable and encouraging, which made it easy for us to share our ideas and concerns. Your leadership has not only helped me improve professionally but also boosted my confidence in handling responsibilities. The positive work environment you created will be hard to replace.

Some schools make physical education compulsory for students. Do you think it is important for schools to require physical activities? Are some types of physical activities more beneficial than others?
Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.
Some schools make physical education compulsory for students, and I strongly believe this is an important decision. In today’s world, many children spend long hours on screens, which leads to a lack of physical activity and health problems such as obesity and stress. Therefore, schools should play a key role in ensuring that students remain active and healthy.
Physical activities not only improve physical fitness but also help in mental development. For example, regular exercise can reduce anxiety and improve concentration in studies. I have personally noticed that students who participate in sports are often more energetic and focused in class. Moreover, activities like team sports teach cooperation, discipline, and leadership skills, which are essential for personal growth.
However, not all physical activities provide the same benefits. Team sports like football and basketball help in developing teamwork and communication skills, while individual activities such as yoga or running are better for mental peace and self-discipline. In my opinion, a combination of both types is the most beneficial for students.
In conclusion, making physical education compulsory is necessary as it supports both physical and mental well-being. Schools should include a variety of activities to ensure overall development of students.
